When we experience life stress, our bodies experience it too, in the form of tightness and inflammation. Because of the mind-brain connection, our clenched muscles and compacted bodies make the mind feel even more stressed, and a vicious cycle is begun.

 

Most sickness comes from stress. Bad behavior comes from stress. Stress makes us worse problem solvers and reduces our empathy, making us contribute negatively to our already stressful situations.

The Releaser is a tried-and-true muscular tension reducer self-hypnosis tape. By releasing tension in your muscles and learning to breathe into relaxation, you break the cycle of tension.

This little break is an opening where light can get in, you can find some peace in your body and learn to cultivate peace in your mind.
